The dissector is a surgical instrument used in surgery for the separation of the periosteum from bone and the peeling of sturdy cartilaginous tissues. The padding is removed by means of a wedge-shaped cutting edge of the tool. In surgery, the separation of the periosteum from the bone is one of the stages of a series of operations involving the need for bone dissection.

Disintegrators are of the following types:

raspberator, or Doyen's decompressor - to separate the periosteum from the posterior surface of the rib;
Farabeuf's decompressor (straight and curved);
knife-raspator - double-sided knife, designed to cut off and separate the fibrous-cartilaginous membrane of the bronchi during operations on the lungs; one side is a double-edged knife, the other is a rasper.

At us it is possible to buy the raspoperator from a qualitative material under the reasonable price.
